There never was a constitution even since Mahathir rose in power.. The power of the Police even outrule the Judicary. Judges has been making outcome that disfavor the goverment has been sacked, So the power of police is absolute..
Constitution has been gone in Mahathir rule.. Autocratic system is replaced.. During Badawi rule.. the autocratic system was somewhat relax.. which gives up some taste of democracy which now Najib rule is attempting to remend back the ole autocratic system undone..
