I used to skate the Civic back in the 80's. It was actually like a meeting place for skater from all over. I like how you have made it look more like the intended international style than it actually does by croping it into component bits. Nicely synced to the soundtrack aswell.

My first impressions are that it is quite abstracted and loses all feel of the building due the use of what appears to be video feedback.
It seems like the footage was filmed there, then played on a TV while the camera is placed in front, filming what the TV is showing so creating a continuous two-way feedback loop, then camera moved around, which gives the building a sense of movement.
