  • Traxxas makes nothing but rtr shit !

  • @raceman73200 so buy it, put a spektrum receiver in it, and sell off the traxxas rx/tx. easy.

  • i cant decide to get this or the mini erevo or the mini slash

  • @lmaorc they are all great :) I really want the rally too, but I have the slash and revo. I'd say the revo has better traction due to the larger tires, but it also has more likelyhood to strip gears and diffs due to that added traction. I've bashed my slash very hard, and so far still no repairs needed.

  • @iio58 I defffinately think your reason is sound and I appreciate your information on the 22. You helped me decide... you say you are an intermediate racer and although am sort of an elitist ..I too am a pretty good intermediate racer. The first car I ever race was an original rc 10 in about 1987..Ive been in the hobby for a long time and the losi 22 really seems like the next step in the segment. Thanks for your help and happy racing !!

  • @raceman73200 Seems we have similar mindset as that is one of the main reasons I got the Losi. The guy at my local store is a TLR team member so they have Losi backup to the hilt. Where as durango, every time they get some parts which is few and far between they are gobbled up suggesting not many can get the parts. I'd say the 22 is a safe bet for anyone who isn't a traditionlist or wants something a little different with versatility.

  • Cool ..thanks for the info .. im a little concerned about parts availability for the durango.. all things being equal im probably gona get the 22 I would love to show up at the track with a durango but i think the first time i broke something I would be going home ..to order parts .

  • @raceman73200 It's a nice car. Build quality is excellent and just feels a little fresher than the older, although winning format of the B4's etc. The steering can be twitchy but thats because it has the furthest throw of any car, so I dial it down a bit to be honest. Im no pro, just a beginner racer really but its nice, and funnily enough I was the same as you, looked at the rango alongside it but plumped for the 22.

  • @iio58 Nice how do u like your 22 ? im torn between the 22 and the durango DEX 210..

  • @raceman73200 haha thats true. I have a B4.1, Losi 22 and Losi 8ight, however was looking at getting a slash 4x4 just for something to mess about with that I won't spend my life repairing! haha. However I decided to go for a Mini E Revo today as well, so that should be decent.

  • @iio58 from they way they are selling these things most people dont wanna "fuck about with elitist kit shit" LOL!

  • @raceman73200 Some people don't wanna fuck about with elitist kit 'shit'

  • @earthling1984 Good point they produce fun vehicles ! their radios suck ! Im a little angry because traxxas always creates new classes because they have never been able to compete in any existing racing class. and when they create a class they get destroyed. traxxas created the short course truck craze !! but get killed when it comes to racing !! Now we have the SCT class of heavy slow shitty short course trucks making banging and crashing noises around the track and I hate IT !!
