I agree.
Being humiliated repeatedly by her father's actions (sex scandal, tax evasion scandal) is worse than a small stab wound. After all Seles had all support in the world after this unfortunate stabbing incident.

And when Steffi retired, she had the resources to build a new life, developing other matters of interest, grounding a family (giving birth to two children) and creating a charity (Children for Tomorrow) for the children and teenagers traumatized by wars and persecutions. Besides, she has managed to keep incredibly fit, having still an awesome figure, and a shape of a top athlete. We could get a good insight of it when she played with Kim Clijsters at Wimbledon, on the 17th of May 2009.
