This was a series that Heather Crawford and I worked on for KATV. We traveled to New York City to sit down with Damien Echols and Jason Baldwin, just weeks after their release from an Arkansas prison. Through an Alford Plea, the WM3 were able to plead guilty to three counts of murdrr each, and walk away with time served - all while maintaining their innocence. This is part one of three.

  • they didnt fo it:)

im so happy they are finally free.

  • damien is so full of shit

  • terrible crime to let the child killers outta prison

  • Terry Hobbs killed Steven branch and his two friends seen it and Terry panicked and killed them too and tried to frame mark buyers by tying Chris buyers up to make it look like he was the main one that was supposed to die that day he will burn in he'll for eternity for what he has done and Damien you should look at every angle from where the bikes were found and and as close as your friends are to you, would you follow the if you knew one of your friends were going to be hurt by a step dad woul

  • It was all Terry Hobbes. Piece of fucking shit.

  • @19BlueJuneBug19 Im hoping they do more investigating too brother... My evil alien told me about this new movie coming out, called west of memphis im hoping that takes us further down the spiral of terry hobbs and other possible suspects it looks like damien echols is producing or directing this film so it should be a great asset to them. You know its fucked up when the so called convicted killers now out of prison have to find the killers its laughable at least.

  • @thecouz Your right. The police just did a shitty job, plain and simple. I mean you think Hobbs, with a record of abuse, would have been the first suspect. Plus didn't neighbors say they saw Hobbs with the kids the day they went missing? I think they mentioned something like that in the 3rd Lost movie. I just hope someone does more extensive research on Hobbs to see what role he played in the crime. I'd hate for Damien, Jessie and Jason to have something like this on their record.

  • @myevilalien Im goiing to check into that west of memphis. The third one is out on hbo docs. i watched all 3 of them it shows them getting out of jail and everything in between

  • @thecouzintim I hope its enough i mean if one of our fibers was in a knot that was used to tie up those kids we would have been jailed already but again the state wont because they fucked up so bad. I think those murders were out of anger not a devil worship party arkansas is a pathetic state

  • @thecouzintim I agree, as one of the children's step-parents he would've had a connection to all three kids. Which means he probably would have known their schedules as well. My first suspicion was when he told police he saw the kids but then later denied it. But do you think this new DNA evidence from Hobbs would be enough to get him on trial? The courts have to know that one of the kid's family members would be more likely suspects and Hobbs sounds like a good candidate.
