  • Outstanding interview H30. Cecil was always the man when I was growing up....now I get to watch Prince!! Go Tigers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @BevHillsKid You're just a sick person full of hate...............don't forget to take your medication.

  • I've known enough blacks and it is rare to find any who love baseball. There are many great black ball players, but few love the game. The money should be re-directed to white rural areas.

  • That's because he's been arrested so many times and wants to stay out of jail. My uncle played with him in the 90's(in the majors) and he told me this pig was the the biggest piece of crap in baseball. These ballplayers have learned how to act, considering they've been in front of people for decades. His own kids wont talk to him, that says a lot. Your role models should be your parents. Good job.

  • @BevHillsKid well we're white and he was nice to us so idk. My role model (s) are my parents and great people in history, not athletes anyway.

  • @markofthebeastxx

he's a lying. cheating, hamburger eating nigger who was a horrible role model and a piece of garbage.

  • my batting coach

  • Most people gain weight by having intimate dinners for two...alone.

  • I just met Cecil at a baseball card show last week. He is without a doubt the nicest and most friendly athlete I have ever met. He stayed and talked 2 me and my brothers, took pictures, ect., great guy!!

  • It's great that Cecil is out there trying to get African American kids back involved in the game.

MLB isn't really going to invest much money in it, outside of the RBI program, so it will take current and former players to get the kids involved in baseball once again.

Living here in the Midwest, most of the inner city high schools have horrible baseball teams. Most of the kids are great athletes, but did not grow up playing the game via Little League or through travel teams.
