Vectrix won't go READY

Vectrix electric scooter does not go to READY status, no matter how the stand or the kill switch is. This very same bike goes dead, i.e. goes out of GO status for no apparent reason while running. Also if you push it too hard (full throttle) it will go out of GO as well. Very disappointing experience so far, and dangerous to ride. Now waiting for a week on Vectrix answer and diagnose based on memory dump taken last week. Still no answer. The bike is new, about 1 month old.
