For story, probably Siberia Easy 2:05. It requires very good strafing to pull off, and is maxed unless a new strat for the stage is found.

If you mean while waiting for the hacker for the first three minutes at the beginning, it's always the same no matter where you wait. You're final time for the stage is determined by what you do in the last 50 seconds or so.

this's easy on easy lol, 1-jump down of the ledge thing 2- walk left dodging cameras 3-then wen u get to the underground tunnel part wait under the stairs for her 4-folo her down to near the lab.
