there is no such thing as cost -effective medicine...period. to say that it is centralized within black people placing the liability of which solely on them seems to be flawed, specious, and a bit short-sighted.

Some white doctors do not from what I know treat blacks and then they end up developing all these funny disorders and then turn around and say it is their race. I would only go to a quilified black, Indian or Jewish doctor. I am saying this to all doctors that you need to treat every patient equally
