Part 1: PICK 5 of the following, and do for 1 minute each:
1. jumping jacks
2. punchouts
3. bird dogs
4. supermans
5. tricep pushups (30 sec each arm)
6. shuffles
7. bicep curls (mid range or regular)
8. alternating lunges (+/- weights/bicep curls)
9. plank
10. situps/crunches/reverse crunches/bicycles

Part 2: SHARE 5 of your favorite go-to easy, healthy snacks or meals

  • As an morbidly obese person, I have felt almost invisible to others. It is a strange phenomenon that happens, I think. Because others may be uncomfortable with overweight people, they avoid looking/interacting with you. That's my take.
