@Marlever357 Not just WW2,many wars including WW1, British used Indian army to control India and esp. crushing 1857 revolt.

@rohan91ify As far as I know, paratroopers are drawn from many army divisions. Its a voluntary but only strong soldiers are selected for training after training those who are very strong are selected. My knowledge is limited about this

Please somebody answer to this question of meine as a Jawan can we opt to join the Parachute regiment or wil they post us to a rgiment and if we join the parachute regiment will they tranfrs us to any other unit

well this is all history and we must not say that britishers ruled as, its law of nature sometimes we were defeated by our enemies and sometime we defeated our enemies its nothing new.
