he shaped the seat. then he cut out the original foam and replaced it with softer foam where the gel patch was going. he did the pillion seat the same way. then he covered the whole thing with a soft foam layer. then he stretched a fabric over to even the bumps out. then he stretched the vinyl over. then he put a cover piece on the underside of the seat for neatness. this is a lotta work and the guy is an artist. looks like a US phone number in the into so call him eh
