She's from Pakistan, not Afghanistan, but other than that, you're right.
We must be able to at least TRY to understand those with whom we are at odds, or we'll never be able to have effective diplomatic relations with a country like this.
Please educate yourself on the candidates, folks. KNOW his or her history. KNOW his or her voting history if he or she has been in congress. We must be able to rely on the next president to DO what he or she says.
