First of all not everyone wants to be a millionaire, that's why there`s more than enought for everyone in this world, if we could go after our desires not everyone would go after the same things. And yeah prayer DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE because prayer is a way of visualization and affirmation, it works as long as you do it in a positive way. Plus the belief in the man upstairs is the same as the belief in the universe or the holy spirit, the name changes, the faith is the same wherever you put it.
