Noor jehan praised mukhtar begum and called her her idol. Mukhtar has a great voice and range. I would have to hear her go into the fourth octave and give the moorkian in the fourth octave to match naseem begum and noor jehan, as both naseem and noor can go easily to the fourth octave.
