VMAs decade [2004 - 2005] Part. III

For the first time the MTV Video Music Awards held outside NYC and LA to move at the Shore and that's how we get the VMAs in Miami.
2004 and 2005 were diverse in music. At Hip-Hop Usher, Nelly, Outkast or Kanye West were on the led, POP / ROCK continues with Avril Lavigne and Kelly Clarkson leading, in ROCK Green Day and My Chemical Romance's debut and POP music was represented by artist like Shakira, Britney Spears, Gwen Stefani and newbies like Hilary Duff and Lindsay Lohan.

-Usher went huge during this years with the album "Confessions" and mega hit "Yeah!" which he perfom as the opening of 2004 VMAs.

-Green Day made VMA history winning 7 out 8 awards in 2005 including Video of the year thanks to "Boulevard Of The Broken Dreams" which they perform opening the 2005 VMAs.

-The Simpson sisters Ashlee and Jessica were on the led of MTV thanks to it's reality shows both performing their hits "Pices Of Me" and "With You" at 2004 VMAs.

-Biggest comeback in 05 went to Mariah Carey with hit song of the decade "We Belong Together" that perform in a remix version at a miami hotel.

-While Shakira was the the first latin artist to ever perform and get nominated with a spanish song / video "La Tortura".

-To close miami's years ex american idol Kelly Clarkson rock the house of 2005 VMA winning and performing with hit single "Since U Been Gone" getting sprayed with water at the end.
