Law Enforcement United 2nd annual Road to Hope ride concluded on May 12, 2011, after 265 Law Enforcement United (LEU) riders made a 3-day, 250-mile journey from Chesapeake, Virginia, to the Pentagon, raising money for C.O.P.S. and Officer Down Memorial Page. When these officers set out on the Road to Hope, they had no idea of how their efforts would touch the lives of America's law enforcement survivors through their support of C.O.P.S. At the ceremony, LEU President Wallace "Chad" Chadwick announced that $135,000 was raised for C.O.P.S. Kids Summer Camp, held for surviving children ages 6-14 of officers killed in the line of duty. To end the ceremony Rob Costelow sang his song, "Road to Hope".
