@ :47 seconds in, the image here is taken from the 1995 indie film "Total Eclipse" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0114702/ and anyone who has seen this tragically obscure film knows that it is, yes, very creepy, and imho, pretty appropriate for the song
@ 1:22 that is an image of a dear friend in some off-broadway production in a dramatic pose of some sort of prayer...to match the lyrics
@1:25 is a still capture of Avril Lavigne from the video for her "Don't Tell Me" I think? video...idk...seemed like the time for some ANGRY MIRROR PUNCHING...it's not exactly rocket science
@1:37 stock image of pills and an arm hanging over the edge of a bathtub...one of my subtler metaphors
@ 2:02 found image on a website that doesn't exist anymore, assuming military of some kind...obviously extensive research was done
