true dat bro...i bought fleer metal 96/97 and ultra 96/97 and they were sticky! I think the best product if you are looking for an old school box is Topps Finest since it has plastic protection on the card, so it's not sticky..sorry for my bad english

I never buy boxes anymore cause overall you lose money on them, well at least that is my experience. Unless you buy alot of them at wholesale rate, you could probably make money on it. I just buy singles and wait to see if they go up/down.

Thanks

Wow, I have a box like that, i'm still debating opening it or selling it. That Kevin Garnett refractor you pulled out must be pretty valuable.

If I were you I wouldn't its because, are you going not going get your money back? your better off selling it, The odds of getting your money back is hard and boxes still sell unopen for $400 US plus, what the chances or getting a kobe? a normal kobe maybe goes alittle for 150 to 200 and a refractor is your only card that would get you more money but keeping it unopen is the best I would do.

Its all good mate, your English is good, I think alot of those companies that have 1990s stocks should try and sell their stocks at cheaper prices or the cards will just stick together and only be good as a door stopper lol he he.

I got the Kobe but I payed 150 for it. It booked for 250 at the time. Also the packs were 15 I believe and the box was 900. So I just said what the heck, I'll just buy the card straight out that I want. I didn't have the money but I made a friendly relationship with a dealer and he saved the card for me when the show came back nearly a year later! He told me he would but I didn't believe him. I still have the card today about 12 years from getting it. I got the Youth Quake also to complement it.

I pay about $500 for the box and got about $150 worth of cards if I sold it today but enjoyed busting it, it was sticky tho so I think if all the boxes are not busted in the next 10 years, there might be some damage if you trying to bust this box in 2020, I think the price might go down after all the players careers are done, thanks for your comments

how much did you buy that box for??? You could have bought 5 kobe rc's in mint condition for the price of that box. Everything from that box you could probably sell for $50 haha

I think you know the price, I wanted to see this product and see if I got any hits, I know I miss out on getting a Kobe but I did have a bit of fun.
