If you bought it pre-loaded you need to take the little white plug out before use. Once you take that out hit it hard and all the oil will come out the top and fall back in the cart.

At that point it is your hitting technique. Try pulling harder/softer until you find clouds. The concentrate you use defines the clouds as well. Using a good honey oil(not dark colored) or something like a PureGold capsule will provide the strongest clouds. When using a wax or something in more solid form you may find yourself warming up the unit(pressing the button) a couple times before the hit, that gets things going good.
