UPDATE 10/21/12:: Touch N Go doesn't like 8-bit covers of their bands' releases to be distributed for free. So I'm just gonna say I didn't fucking write this song, I don't own it, blahblah you know the drill. Go give them your money for an actual Slint record and stop listening to this.

If I can interject my opinion, I think it sounds perfectly fine given the context of the cover. It's an 8-bit cover, and with any cover, the artist is able to make their own interpretation of the piece. I think it sounds excellent :D If you intended to make a note for note cover, it would have been converted via a midi file, but that's not what covers are about yo. People need to calm themselves.
