  • @gelac2 haha a benefit?? Well if you must know I am 21 years old and have started my own business. I think I may have came across a little brass, what I meant was people need to stop worrying about what people think or say and do their own thing or you never move forward

  • Simple. I'd just punch the fucker out after hours.

  • @kayleplaya You must be a benefit darling and never really worked, otherways you are the one who should shut up if you knew how some people in an office work enviournment are twisted and sad....So before you be rude to people and tell thel to shut up go back to high school or get a proper job

  • Sugar is a bully.

  • I am in a situation where a woman in work sees me as a threat and goes out of her way to try to belittle me. When that didn't work and I ignored her, she felt left out and made an official complaint against me and said it was because I was racist! she is half spanish LOL fortunately my boss said that wasn't true, but neither has she been disciplined. Now I have to go back to work and see her again and she will be worse as my boss is on hols. Its so uneccessary, insecure people.

  • oh shut up.. if you cant take it then get the fuck out of the work place.... no one can do anything to you unless you let them (with in reason of course)

  • 6:26 Gordon Ramsay reference lol.

  • @PlantaPress I'm a little confused by what point your attempting to say, as I have not condoned verbal abuse by adults on children, I'm talking about necessary discipline that children sometimes need to learn the difference between right or wrong, discipline does not mean name calling and smacking, but just being firm taking them to one side and saying this behaviors unacceptable. If they don't learn right and wrong then they put themselves in potentially fatal situations.

  • 05:22 You can have spirit and fire in your belly without being a verbally abusive arsehole Alan!

  • Alan Sugar makes an excellent point about intent - true bullying is personal, very much so. But I still maintain that mouthing off a la Esther's boss should also be kept under control by professional adults in a civilised society. Ultimately that should be our goal - self control.
