  • Have you been to goodfight(dot)com? They have a whole series on this. I'm not going to say I'm perfect and don't listen to rock, but it is important to know the truth behind it.

  • Thanks for putting these up ;)

  • Peace and blessing be upon John Todd wherever he may be.

  • @rifleman0007 LOL

  • @sonnyboy1069 Sorry for having to do two posts, char limit. Christians don't believe that believing in Jesus or praying to him gives him power. God is powerful regardless of our action. Our belief and our prayers are for our own benefit.

The Bible talks about the devil in multiple places (usually as "Enemy"), so to believe he exists is entirely biblical. Also, the belief you're referring to in latin is "credo", and is very different than affirming existence

  • @sonnyboy1069 In regards to the conversation with rifleman and the Bible: actually, what you see on the shelves are many different translations. They may be called versions, but compare them, they are the same thing but in different wording. The Bible wasn't written in English, so we try as best we can to translate the original languages.

  • @TractGildart I know you did not mean it that why its ok. I do wear a cross. and i will answer your ? .well for example christians belive in jesus and thay pray to him.

some people belive in evil and thay pray to evil.

so in short some people think this gives the god in there religion power

  • @sonnyboy1069 I didn't mean to say that you were disrespecting Christianity or Christians. I just meant that if you're not a Christian (it seems you aren't, which is fine), then what Christians believe wouldn't matter in the sense that you wouldn't be trying to hold true to that.

If I may: How does affirming the existence of something give it power?

  • @rifleman0007 I stand corrected the Bible cannot be changed. You are right there are many versions. That is what i meant to say not changed. I look on a bookstore shelf and i see many Bibles. Under many names. And i tend to get a little confused myself.Confusion at its best and this is just in christianity.

But i understand what you are saying it cant be changed.

  • @sonnyboy1069 The Bible cannot be corrupted because its protected by God. Thats why satan's creating all these other perverted and distorted versions to confuse people. If he could change the Bible, t.i. if God wouldn't be guarding it, he'd just change it and keep the only corrupted version. If you cant change something, create counterfeits to create confusion. So Christianity is not and cannot be changed; there are only perverted copies of it.

  • @TractGildart I have a very high respect for all religions and all followers of each one.

I have none for satanists. But just because i say i dont belive in evil(devil). It does not mean that evil is not there. If you belive in something then you are giving it power.Thats why i dont belive in it.I belive in the power of love (true ? god) .And christian theology is but just one faith. And all religions have been changed by man over time. And have changed from what thay once were. Love is my concern

  • @sonnyboy1069 Thanks for clarifying. Christian theology, on which this video is based, necessitates a personal power of evil (commonly referred to as Satan or the devil). But I don't think Christian theology is part of your concern is it? (that's not a criticism, just seeking to understand)
