I can't believe after this scene a lot of people didn't grasp what the Flash Sideways was about. It wasn't about answering questions. It was about what the entire show was about. Letting go. Jack has to let go of his life, this is the very end of his journey. Just like how this is the end of the journey for the audience. The audience has to let go of the show now, and move on. This was a brilliant Ending about about Endings.

Man, when I was watching this for the first time, I was already crying (and I never cry at a TV show lol), and then when he went to open it, I was like O.O, and then it was empty, and I was confused, and then when I heard "Hey kiddo", the floodgates opened lol

When a show like this ends it really needs to have closure for the characters..if it just give answers to the mysteries think it would have lacked depth. Yes, some people thought having spiritual undertones was too mushy but it was nice to see them all together again in the end...but I missed Eko and wish ana lucia was coming with them..they would have been a nice pair as eko really helped ana on the island.
