The strange thing is that I never found the Silent Hill series scary. Also, I thought the puzzles were pointless, all the puzzeles ever were is variations on the 'Find key, find door, put key in door' puzzle, which is largely made up of back tracking. The only thing that ever appealed to me was the story, and even that wasn't enough to save the series. Its still entertaining watching others play the game. Fun to watch some one play, boring to play yourself.
