Oct 15 2011 Occupy Edmonton Rally and March
The lovely choir Notre Dame De Bananes (which I'm sure means something but sounds to me like banana football players) led by Peggy Wright... sang for us at the assembly rally in downtown Edmonton. Churchill Square was ground zero for public outcry against corporate greed, oppression, and the near total alienation of regular people from the political system.

The early days of Occupy Edmonton were great, before they lost touch with reality, the world around them, and gave up most of their legitimacy with everyone except some homeless folks and a few professional activists from major organizations.

I want to share my videos from the early moments, full of hope, optimism, positivity, public engagement, and action!
