Great video's! Good advise on the mushrooms, as Les Stroud would say "you only eat the wrong one once"! Do you still go camping? And will you be filming any new ones?

and you're right about the mushrooms. without proper experiance and knowlege, people should stay away from them. when i was 2, my cousin and i ate some poisonous mushrooms, and we had to take medicine that would make us throw up (SEVERAL times).

Autumn is my favorite season too. Here in America in most states Autumn means Hunting Season. So we get the double joy of both enjoying the transcendental beauty of the forest itself but the deep spiritual satisfaction of that most primordial of outdoor traditions, hunting. Never do I feel closer to The Creator then when I am in That Greatest of Cathedrals The Forest Primevel With a longbow and a quiver of arrows and my woodsmanship. Can you watch a sunrise over a heather and not be moved?

I have been using my hammock in the woods since april and must admit my back has got a bit cool during the night.I use a closed cell foam pad as insulation.I was hoping to upgrade to an underslung blanket like a snugpak to increase my hammock camping "range".

@g0vqw Yes using a sleeping mat helps a lot, a good tip is to stick it inside your sleeping bag - so it doesn't shoot out from under you during the night. Thanks for watching . Alan
