why does this poverty exist in this area? who is responsible for the on set of this? I know in Northern Ontario Canada where I come from they have created this kind of poverty through greedy American owned companies who moved out and went to other areas to do business leaving the people with no jobs in an isolated area...though they have wood to heat their homes, fish and deer and moose meat to hunt so no one is hungry they don't have much more some of them!
