Recap of the Chefs On Parade three day event by QTV Delicioso. Thank you very much for featuring Chefs On Parade 2011.COP was held on February 10, 11 and 12, 2011 at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, PasayCity, Philippines.
CHEFS 0N PARADE is an event organized by the 58 year old HOTEL AND RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES. It has been organized by the association since the early 1970's. Now on its 27th run, it is Asia's longest running culinary competition which gathers thousands of culinary professionals and students from the Philippines and the rest of Asia for an exciting gastronomic event that has become a well spring of talented and creative culinary experts.
