actually its not originally Big Boss's gun. It actually belonged to the Boss in MGS3, until Jack kills her at the end of the game, then you can use it from the second playthrough onwards.

the legit way of getting the gun is the big boss embelm aka go through the game with no alerts,kills,or resarts healing items or anything
