Comparison of the new version of the detailer called the T-Wide and why it is the best trimmer out right now. It already ate the superliner now it's coming for the original detailer.

  • Wide blade on detailer or hero is the best hands down .... Good video !

  • @ronsclassickuts Thanks, I actually bought a Hero(based on your love if it) and put my wide blade on it a month or 2 ago. Haven't made a video of it, but I just can't get past that fat belly/blade placement. I'm 6'4" and my big hand in combination with that clipper just isn't a match. The thing is a RUNNER though! How did you get past the flaw?

  • @WeezMcCheez So just to be sure, when I buy the 5 Star, will it come with the T-Wide Blade or not? I want to get one, well going to, but amazon doesnt specifically say T-Wide Blade and the pic doesnt look like such either so I'm not sure and need your help and expertise...thanks!

  • @badboi512 Actually I noticed that on amazon and eBay. You should go to your local Sally beauty supply and pick up a pair. It's specifies right the box. Or google Detailer t-wide and buy it from a different site like Goodman's or Atlanta Barber and beauty.

  • Where can I buy the same one u have I'm worried if a buy a maroon one with wide blade at Sally's because it might not have the metal threads for the screws like the black one

  • @Aguila3590 Don't worry about the color. What was in my video is not available. All the wide blade models have the metal inserts. If you still want to be certain take a small screw driver with you when you buy the clipper and take the blade off at the counter or right after you buy it. But I'm 99% sire all of the t wide have metal screw holes.

  • I have the detailer. Already but not the t wide what were could I get just the blade

  • @WeezMcCheez Lol I'm 5'7 just like the Hero lmao ....but the got another version without the hump coming out August

  • @wickedhick I've had just about every trimmer possible, and I've been cutting heads for 10 years... I say all that to say this,, wahl detailers and wahl heros with the wahl t-wide blade on them are in their own galaxy!!!! Lineups look like a razor line.band the fact that the clippers are small feels more comfortable in your hand. must have!!!!

  • Does this have more power than the Styliner II by Andis or the Wahl Razor Edge? I don't have a problem setting the blades to get my lines sharp, but I can't seem to find a liner that has a lot of power. I don't want to have to go over my line three times to get it to look right.

  • @badboi512 I bought one on eBay, got it on Christmas. It came w/ the T wide blade. But no adjustment tool, the T wide blade is too wide for the old tool. My blade out the box was biting really bad. It feels like the top blade was sharpened WTF??? Idk but it must just have to get dull, but that bad boy is sharp. I pushed it all the way back and I still can make it bite...shouldnt be that way. I like my M3's better

  • @WeezMcCheez Preciate the info
