Official version of 'Gunfight Epiphany' on iTunes: http://j.mp/terrierstheme

-------------

An extended version of the Terriers intro opening theme song, 'Gunfight Epiphany' by Rob Duncan. It was originally titled 'Steel Neena (Theme to Terriers)'. Watch Terriers on FX on Wednesdays at 10/9c. Created by Ted Griffin, Executive Producer Shawn Ryan, Starring Donal Logue and Michael Raymond-James.

------------

Lyrics:
Caught a ride with trickster and a javelin man

To a town down by the sea

Steel Neena was a girl who set me free, she said

I lay my soul out down to bleed

Hell, no, son
Aint gonna get the gun
Seen a lotta things
And the've only just begun
'Cause the minute they speak
Is the minute that I run
Ten clicks south to the border station

I said, "Hey, hey, son
I'm gonna get you sprung
Just keep on looking
For the sallyport punk"
'Cause the minute he speaks
Is the minute that you run
Fresh set of wheels
And I'll see you at the dawn

Past thirty second
And the bakers got a bun
Sweatin' that my Neena's
Gonna get attention
Living on the lam is like living on the sun
Try to make it to Ysidro
Where I'm gonna be done

Caught a ride with trickster and a javelin man

To a town down by the sea

Steel Neena was a girl who set me free, she said

I lay my soul out down to bleed

It is idiotic for FX to cancel this show. They promoted it so poorly that it was almost destined to fail because no one knew about it until reviews were passed by word of mouth. I heard about it from a friend and was hooked after one episode. PLEASE bring this back!!! And this is one of the best tv theme songs ever!

Britt's dad, Rumpelstiltskin, finds him in New York and they travel back to Storybrooke together to fight the Evil Queen and her mother, Corra. Hank is never heard from again.

Wait, you didn't know that Once Upon a Time is a spin-off of Terriers?

This was probably the best cable drama of the last 10 years. There was nothing fantastic about it... the characters were 3 dimensional, it avoided cliche's (even though it had a an Alcoholic ex cop), and the story was believable. In a way, it might be a blessing that it only had 1 season... It can avoid the pitfalls of long run television drama... It will never get "Wrapped up in itself" and it will never add a former 'LA Law' star to it's cast... It had one Great season.

Yes, it sucks they stop doing the show. If you have watched the whole season, it kinda ends. It's like a really long movie. LONG LIVE Terriers!

I'm watching this on Netflix right now, and it's AMAZING! I wonder if the reason it couldn't get viewers had anything to do with the name. I was certainly hesitant to watch a show that seemed to be about dogs.

This response was broken into several parts (sorry used to forum posts) so when it breaks off just go to the next one.->

Deffinatly the best procedural show out there, hell its so good its not even procedural (even if the first episode used the hollow husk of that).

Dont get me wrong there are better shows out there, but i cant remember the last time I saw one that had this level of skill that was also that much fun... mabey Justified, but still, for all is glory, justified doesent have characters this realistic (even if it works better that way).

Yhea I just heard of the show, guess how, I was looking at an article on how fox has ordered 90 more episodes of Anger managment..... WTF!!! FX has a long (and by long I mean 10 or so years, which is long in tv land) history of putting verry good television

into the mix and they were undenably insturmental in the tv revolution of the last decade, expecialy with the shield and its allways sunny, so when I saw the promos for that show I thought hey, this is great, charlie sheen is getting on the gravy train so many hollywood pros have and is going to do a steller television series... and what I saw was a hyper generic sitcom...

Apparently that hypergeneric shitcom has better raitings than most fx shows have ever had in its first episode.
