Hmm, If you don't tax the vehicle, how is it insured?
-
@igogosh FINALLY someone else that understands the law, & not the tripe the World banker criminal syndicate are shoveling to the rest of the World!
-
@007RoyalFlush WRONG! the clamped vehicles owner would come to them to have it taken off...lol !
-
@thaurgurth Ok well you just made the statment that cops don't clamp. Realistically a cop is just someone who regulates certain behaviors or actions.
In response to the insurance.. At the time I had an agreement with the insurance company that I was with, I informed them what I had done & sent them all the paperwork from myself to the DVLA as well as all paperwork from the DVLA to myself I then had to deal with the underwriter direct.

The first thing I wish to add is this dose not prove anything all I know is that the car was parked just were it was when dvla clamped the bm, it is one of my old company cars there are no chassis numbers as thay have been grinded out and new engine fitted from brackers yard, I do not carry a grinder in the boot, lol, and have been stopped twice in 2009 still have the car in 2011, there are no tricks here ! I do not consent, and do not burn my hands on the hot potatoe? so to speek
