This is how you smack a ball if you are not a big guy. Awesome classic squat move at the start of the downswing, then the big thrust and clear with the hips. He also has a restricted arm swing and wrist set at the top (still has a big shoulder turn), but down-cocks and lags it. You still need to be flexible, fast and strong to make this work. OTOH, smaller guys that are not flexible, fast and strong won't hit it very far will they.
