I remember this. I played it constantly on the Commodore-64 back in the day. Looks like your experience was similar to my experience.

Agent 4125 looks like he needs to go to the toilet really bad.
Looks like a pretty good port, all things considered...not the best version of the game but it looks like a fairly solid BBC game, and the animation is still good.

Yeah, it's definitely better on the C=64, I've had a laugh playing M.I. on VICE on a vintage Acorn Archimedes A540...
