actually,pepole put all the food in side,different taste.i love chongqing hotpot ,it likes the three meals a day.if u travel to chongqing,hotpot is must

@davidentity Hi, I don't think how old a culture is a relevant issue here. It's health issue, my friend and by the way I am a product of your so call 5000 years old culture too. But I am glad that my parents taught me not to eat like that. :-)

Came back from a trip a while back from there. First thing they did was take me out for some Hotpot. Loved it, but it was just so spicy for me, still ate it, still regreted it later, but loved it.
