It probably just means that the fish really was fresh (not "fresh" in scare quotes) and never frozen. That's a good thing, right? It's like when you find happy insects on your organic lettuce and you know they didn't use pesticides on it. Lots of animals have parasites; it's why we cook meat and seafood.

That fish didn't even look fresh. It was all yellow and dry. I wouldn't of bought that if a butcher offered that crap to me. Matter of fact, it's an insult! You should go back to your local butcher and throw that shit in his ugly ass face! Just don't forget to film it. : ~)
