From the information I've received there are various levels of experiments going on at Dulce, probably all of the top secret clearance bases but Dulce has experiments going on in levels 6 and 7 (7 level base under Mt. Archuleta aka. Archuleta Mesa) and it does exist folks. There are also underground tunnels connecting bases across the country, sorry to burst your bubble but theres some fucked up shit going on and a lot of money involved.
