it's so bad that people don't seem to think us cf-ers can live normal lives...i remember sitting in a biology class when i was 15 and someone asking if people with cf could participate in sexual activity...it sounds bad, it is bad, but in reality there are lots of treatments out there to help and exercise is SO KEY!!

Hey Jerry you are awesome man. I am 29 w/ CF. Have you heard anything about turmeric and its effect on CFTR? I take it everyday if you're interested in the recipie.

I don't have CF but I thought if you had cystic fibrosis you couldn't play sports or exercise as what I was told in school health class.
