Actually, it's a 14 x 68 ! lol ... but because of the floor plan, it's larger to us, than the 14 x 72 we did have. thx for comment

Mobile home living can be a great value. I've been doing it the last dozen years and you can live well on a tight budget if you're smart and you fly under the tax man's radar too. And you get more bang for the buck with a single-wide if it will suffice. The secret is to create a lot of vertical storage space like pantries and linen closets. I'm about to move up to a new 16x80 and it's all I need. No carpets, ample storage, and easy to keep clean. It's not what you earn it's what you save.
