@janetgarza007 I like to use a tablet pen, because I've used it so long I've destroyed my ability to draw with a mouse, but for pixel stuff, it is just as possible to do this with a mouse, as it's hard dots. I used to use a mouse lol

that's not a website, that's Adobe Photoshop. But you can make doll bases in anything from photoshop right down to MSPaint
