The singing is better than the song. EXCELLENT mixing job!

One thing I'd change: Don't match people to SNSD roles, but talent to parts. Like a sports team, utilize individual strengths. Rapping is power, so for a contest let the power singers (XJ_90, Moon, Beibi) do the rapping. More singing from pure singers like Minnie and Tonkhai.

Aiko - you have power, but it gets a bit wild when you use it (1:22). More power + more control will take your talent from good to great.
