Are you sure you're using the MsDaRT 6.5 (ERD Commander 2009)? What type of OS do you have, a 32 bit or 64 bit? If your OS is a 32 bit (x86) then you have to create a 32 bit(x86) ERD Commander, or a (x64) a 64bit OS. I think the problem is that you might be using the wrong MsDaRT version for your OS.

@UnknownUser356 when start computer with ERD, it give me the list of operation installed on that computer, when I select it Window 7 and try to change password, it gives me that error message.
