Thanks for sharing. I have done EFT, Reiki and The Healing Codes, all of which have worked well for me but I always thought that there had to be something much simpler. I tried the technique for some low level anxiety I couldn't seem to shake and it's gone. I also made a long list of emotional hang-ups and feel much clearer. The shen technique is an easy routine to do daily. Thanks again.
