I hadn't heard this song in a VERY long time, when it came on the radio. of course I turned it up and sang along. My 6 year old was HORRIFIED! How could it be that her Mommy no longer loved her?!?!?! I went along with it for a while, watching her facial expressions go from Horrified to Angry. I had to let her off the hook and explain how it is silly to hate "anyone" for a stupid reason like "them being short" The song was telling us a story about Prejudice. I Love this song!

i guess i COULD consider myself short.....i KNOW i am to anyone who is taller than 5’4”! But then, i am TALL to someone who is shorter than i am. All i know is, it is what it is, and we are all MORE than just a body size.  Isnt it great to be an INDIVIDUAL?! **laughin**
