  • Nice video!! Even though our chef instructor did a demo, still i double check on videos like this so i know what im doing when comes to our practical exam doing it on our own chicken butchery. Thanks alot much helpful but although i wish you'd show the airline cuts by leaving the wing part instead of cutting that off.
