Invasion of Warsaw pact army to Czechoslovakia. Broadcast of Czechoslovak radio fracted with gunfire. Refill with period photos. U.S. Army units had been closer to Prague than Soviets, and their reconnaissance units were already present in the suburbs of Prague when the uprising begun. However, the Americans were unable to help the Czech insurgents due to previous political agreements with the Soviets.

Over 1,000 people were injured, 701 people were killed, and hundreds of buildings, factories were destroyed .May 1945, two days before Germany capitulated, an uprising against Germany occurred. Four days later the 3rd Shock Army entered the city. The majority of the German population either fled or was expelled by the Beneš decrees in the aftermath of the war.wikipedia

Education of your grandfather did not have enough to defend hishomeland, and my grandfather defended his homeland. My grandfather was in Prague in 1945 and received a medal for the liberation of Prague. I am proud of the Russian people who won Nazism!

Yes Russians are very uneducated in average very aggressive and don't have fundamental ethical habits. In many cases they didn't know how looks toilet when they invaded Czechoslovakia, my grandfather told me that it was like some nomads came here from steppe region. Hygiene was totally unknown term for them and as we can see many things still didn't change in Russia.
