Sworn Promise: 42

4 years later:
Demi's POV;-
"Come on Josh!" I called my three year old boy. He came running in his tanned chinos and blue wellies - which he refuses to take off.

Joe picked up Joshua and I knock and wait.

Today was Selena's Baby shower, she's finally pregnant with twins, and she's almost due.

"April 16th to be exact!" Selena added with a smile as she was handed presents from left, right and center. "Thank you!" She smiled as I handed her a polka dot wrapped parcel.
"You're Welcome." I hugged her quickly.
"Hey Joey." She smiled running up to him.

Yeah! Mission impossible happened. Selena and Joe worked out their problems. Since Joe had a DNA test things didn't go so well because Selena wanted to rub in straight into Joes face, and Joe didn't want anything to do with Ella. But then I talked to Joe and long story short everyone's happy!

Selena took Josh in her arms. "Where's my big boy?"
"Aunt Sel!" Josh Squealed. "I got a pwesent fwor the twins" Josh smiled smugly and handed over another smaller wrapped present. "Thank you! Are you gonna come sit with me?" Selena asked him. "Is Ella there?" Selena nodded and Joshua grabbed her hand.

Selena placed the presents beside the sofa, and sat down with a sigh. "I'm tired now." Then she picked Josh up and sat him on the sofa beside her.

"Wait" I hollered.

I remember Sel told me she had some big news to tell us. I glared at her.

"Oh, Yeah! The News." She said as her hands fell onto her stomach. "Guys! I have some news." All Selena and Nick's friends and family members gathered around. "We found out the gender of the twins." Selena smiled up at Nick holding his hand. "We're having a boy and a girl!" Nick told everyone. We all watched in awe as Nick planted his lips on Selena's. "Yucky!" Ella shouted and we all laughed.

Selena started to open the presents she got: tones of baby grow, pacifiers, bottles, clothes, hats. Everything you could think of.

Soon after a lot of the guests left and it was just close friends and family. Selena stood in the doorway watching Josh and Ella playing together. Nick approached her from behind shocking her a little bit. His muscular arms snaked around her small waist and his chin rested on her shoulder with a kiss. "I love you." Nicks hand slid under Selena's top and rested on her pregnant stomach, "And I'm gonna love our twins too!"
