Animals on factory farms are treated like machines. Within days of birth, for example, chickens have their beaks seared off with a hot blade. Male cows and pigs are castrated without painkillers. All of these animals spend their brief lives in crowded and ammonia-filled conditions—many of them so cramped that they cant even turn around or spread a wing. Get into the holiday spirit by having a heart and going vegetarian.

Not all farms or food industries are like that. My family and I raise hens for eggs to help the enviroment, by that we don't go to drive to the store and back. I've cared about animals since I was a little, but I still eat meat. My fathers friend raises pigs, cows & chickens. She treats them with respect and treats them like family (As I do with my chickens). There may be some farm industries like that in the US, but not all are a like. I respect your choices PETA, you should also respect mine.

we are animals part the family Hominidae consisting of orangutans, gorillas, chimpanzees, and humans(wiki answers)
so seeing as my fellow animals the wolves,tigers,lions, ect wont stop eating meat i have chosen to stick with them at the top of the foodchain and eat meat as well
