A excellent days flying at Ringstead near Weymouth (Dorset) Wessex paragliding club site.
Flyable for most of the day although it was top end and quite thermic over launch making for active flying until reaching the cliff where it was silky smooth.
Beautiful views along the coast to the east (lulworth cove) and the west (Weymouth bay) and to the south (Portland bill).
wind direction W-S/W when S-S/W it is possible to fly to Lulworth cove and beyond.

Nice vid Mark. I have yet to get to Ringstead, keep saying that I must do some coastal flying. I think this site may well be my first encounter.

Finally made it down to Ringstead (2009-07-25). Got there about 5.30pm and a good time was had! First visit so didn't shoot any vid.......... Wonderful place though.
